Both door jams at the BGC are conveniently ekwipped with a small ledge the perfect size to use for pull-ups. The only catch is that I am actually terrible at pull-ups, as in, can't really do them (especially in the off season).
as I did last summer I have begun the rigorous training campaign for pull-ups. It involves me hanging on the door jam and attempting pull ups when nobody is around.
current count: .5
half a pull up? yes. which is mostly because i'm tall enough that unless i totally hang from the jam i start half way there.
by the end of the summer hopefully i'll be able to get rid of that decimal.
