anyway... so yeah, I hate myspace a lot. it's ugly, irritating, and generally like wandering into a bad neighborhood on the interwebs.
However, it does have the perk of being a free way for musicians to promote their music online and interestingly enough, it recently (who knows how) got me in contact with some dude at a booking company. I guess he stumbled across my page, listened to the samples on it, and contacted me about potentially booking me at the Shadow Lounge for some 30 min set in June.
sweet right? yeah.
