I think about boggle far too much

Official Boggle rules are unclear on how to accept or reject words. Since I have yet to come across a "boggle dictionary" (which would solve some issues pretty effectively) the accepted words are sometimes up for debate.

For example, are words known to be acceptable for use in a scrabble dictionary but the word does not appear in the dictionary in use considered legal?
If you've seen the word used in online boggle (ex. wordsplay.com) but have no idea what it means, and it does not appear in the dictionary in use... does it count?

I think it'd be interesting to play a few rounds of the bogg someday by the following rules just to see how many of the words we can actually define that we use commonly (for example: 'tew,' 'tet.' 'hoy,' etc...)
If a player challenges a word in use, the player who used it must provide a reasonable definition. any undefinable words are then discounted (and obviously looked up)

Learning is fun. Right?
